Here at the Law Office of Lee Ann Shenkman we value our clients. It is important to us to build a relationship with each client in order to provide meaningful personal service. Lee Ann listens and wants to know what is important to each client so she can develop a plan which her clients understand and that will achieve their goals, meet their needs, and provide them with peace of mind.
Lee Ann has developed a process to ensure that her clients receive service that is tailored specifically to them. Working closely with her clients allows Lee Ann to provide each client with an estate plan that matches the client's needs. She also asks thought-provoking questions of her clients to help them think of their family relationships and how their plan and decisions may affect family members.
Although Lee Ann takes practicing law very seriously, she tries to provide a comfortable, warm and friendly office environment. Suits are rarely worn in the office; those are saved for the courtroom.
Lee Ann is committed to our community, volunteering her time and providing financial support, realizing it is a privilege and honor to do so.
Lee Ann's sole area of practice is in estate planning: trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, special needs trusts, long term care planning, and trust and estate administration.
